About Michelle St. John
Michelle received her MS in Genetic Counseling from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2022. Upon completion of her training, she joined Virginia Cancer Specialists. She is drawn to working in hereditary cancer because of the power to change individual and family stories, provide support and empowerment, and be on the cutting edge of science.
Michelle has a particular interest in working with limited-English proficient (LEP) patient populations and telehealth modalities in an effort to increase equitable care for all individuals. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking, board games, and golfing with her partner. She grew up in the DMV area and loves that she is able to give back to her community.
