About Kristin Lupton

Kristin Lupton is a Physician Assistant with over 20 years of healthcare experience, currently practicing at Virginia Cancer Specialists. She has a strong background in surgery and primary care, with expertise in orthopedic, general, vascular, plastics, neurosurgery, spine, and gynecology procedures. Kristin has served as a surgical first assistant in both hospital and outpatient settings, including robotic-assisted surgeries using Da Vinci and Mako systems.

She has spent the past 3 years at Virginia Cancer Specialists working in breast surgery, treating patients with benign breast disease, high-risk conditions, and breast cancer. Her previous roles include working with Surgical Assist, Inc. and United Surgical Assistants in Florida, and serving as a Physician Assistant at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. She also has experience in internal medicine and allergy, where she managed acute and chronic conditions, performed dermatologic procedures, and coordinated FDA clinical trials.

Kristin is known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and dedication to optimal patient care. She is skilled in-patient assessments, interpreting diagnostic results, and collaborating with specialists to develop treatment plans.

In her free time, Kristin loves spending time with her husband and two very active boys. She also enjoys exercising, traveling, and relaxing with friends and family.
