Isabelle Le, MD, is board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). As a medical oncologist, Dr. Le has a strong focus in the treatment and management of breast cancer. As a breast specialist, Dr. Le works with a multidisciplinary team, which includes breast surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse navigators, genetic counselors, clinical trials and research, dietitians and more.

Dr. Le received her medical degree from Wayne State University Medical School in Detroit, MI. She then completed residency training in internal medicine at Wayne State University – Detroit Medical Center. Finally, she completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. After completing her fellowship, she served as a medical oncologist with a focus in breast cancer at MyMichigan Health – affiliated with University of Michigan. Her research interests include clinical trials in metastatic and early staged breast cancer.

Dr. Le received the resident of the year award during her training. She was the physician champion for her oncology practice participating in the Michigan Oncology Quality Consortium, a physician led, voluntary collaborative of medical and gynecologic oncologists. She was the principle breast oncologist for several multidisciplinary breast cancer tumor boards and the Principle Investigator (PI) for several clinical trials focused on Breast Cancer.

In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband and children. They enjoy traveling and tasting new cuisines. Dr. Le also enjoys cycling as a part of her weekly routine.

Dr. Le is fluent in Vietnamese.
