The Mindfulness Monday Workshops, led by Casey Nelson, BSW, will guide patients through exploring different mindfulness techniques and coping strategies to utilize when enduring significant lifestyle changes due to a cancer diagnosis. The workshops will take place with a focus on utilizing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches.
